That's because stoners are far more AWARE and concentrate on the task at hand, driving and safety.

I've been smoking pot for 15 years and I drive stoned more than not stoned. I was in a car accident at 17, where I was a passenger in a car hit by a drunk driver. I went through the windshield and nearly died. I had a fractured pelvis among other things and spent a week in a trauma center. Needless to say, I've got a lot of anxiety when it comes to driving and other drivers. I take a small toke before driving to ease my nerves. I was prescibed Xanax for anxiety, but I can't take that and drive.

People that are in my car with me that have never been in a car with me, always comment on what a good and safe driver I am. Most of them don't know that I smoke.

I guarantee that if you put a stoned driver and a drunk driver on the same road test, with the same hazards, the stoned driver would pass it and the drunk driver would fail miserably.

Actually, this could be good for Willie's pocketbook. If this incident becomes well-known through mass-media sources, then sales of Willie's recordings could see a nice little spike in the next several weeks.

Willie goes to the courthouse to pay a little fine, and then goes to the bank to cash dozens of massive royalty checks.

...and then buys some more weed.

LOL. I said I've been smoking for 15 years, but I'm not high every second of the day. I smoke before doing things that I know will make me anxious. I smoke to relax after a long day of work.

Smoking weed does not impair you the following day, lol... You don't have a hangover, unlike alcohol. You will not go to sleep after smoking a lot of weed and wake up 8 hours later stoned. Can't say the same about alcohol, can you? Whether you try to argue it or not, that's the TRUTH.

THC remains in your blood for 30-90 days depending on the frequency of use. You can take a little hit of pot, and 30 days later still test positive for it, however you're not high 30 days later.
