Prayers For My Megaesophagus Kitty Cat Plz :) (((updated page 4)))

We have a kitty names Sunshine who we saved from the streets when he was a kitten. He was dehydrated and near death, but what we thought was dehydration was a rare congenital disorder called megaesophagus (which, charmingly, causeshim to regurgitate his food often).

Twas a tough road, but he's been stabilized on prescription meds for the past year, and he vet says he's a miracle kitty, as cats rarely survive with this disorder.

Over the past week, he's been having increasing digestive issues, and this morning he could not even keep water down. He's at the vet, staying overnight, and the vet says it looks like his lower esophagus is closing off. He is not a candidate for surgery due to his anomalous anatomy. We have a meeting with the vet in the morning.

Things don't look good, but he's been at death's door before and somehow defied all odds. I was hoping to harness the collective power of positive though from all of you kitty loving GLP'ers.
