Nevada Energy was here (two guys) and they wanted to shut down the power. They first checked to make sure I didn't have anyone inside with a breathing apparatus before shutting it down. They shut it down, turned it back on and left.  Is this normal? I have lived here three years and never heard of such a thing. |

Unless they had a power issue and thought you were being affected by a single phase out, they would have no reason. As for that single phase issue, their meter would have alerted to that. She said that they ARE installing something on ALL the meters and they were in an OFFICIAL van/truck. Funny then when she said if she didn't have her gun (she looks about 70) she wouldn't know what to do when it comes to opening the door, LOL! |
