I've been reading a book called Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce. I've had lucid dreams and out of body experiences before and I'm trying to become good at doing this intentionally. Ideally, I'd like to project out of body before my death so as to not experience the unpleasantness of the event. So I'm reading Astral Dynamics (as I said above) and it is a TOME of a book. It's the War and Peace of Out of Body experiences. So, a question for GLPers: Do you have any tips that would hasten the process of becoming proficient at out of body projection and lucid dreaming? Also, instructions to take mind-altering drugs or that I'm on mind-altering drugs are not as insulting and/or offbase as you might think.
