Anyone experiencing or have experienced prophetic/apocalyptic dreams? (NEW DREAM 2/21/11)

Ive had the same recurring dream since I was 5 years old. I would see a fleet of UFOs over the mountains and the sky would be red and they would fire down at the people and buildings below

I would hear a sound I later identified as the Shofar horn. The sound would haunt me rest of my life

I wasnt a avid watcher of UFO movies and Im sure the dreams came before I even saw or understood a UFO movie

Three years ago the sightings began, I am elgible for a major television interview cause of the intensity of my sightings.

It was just me and a craft a few feet off the ground in a dead end country road. We just stared at eachother for minutes until it lifted off the ground and flew away.

It was a brilliant sphere of light about 25-30 feet long

I always grew up Christian.

I have more sightings numerous than I can count and a sensation of being held down in bed and hands on my head where they were shining lights on me.

Ive had eyewitnesses that saw the light crafts follow my car when I leave my house.

I feel like Im being watched everyday since three years ago.

Military copters have increased in my area as well in league with the sightings,

One night I counted 13 of our copters congregrating in one area where Ive seen the Light ships.

where do i begin, do vivid hullucinations while im awake also count??

Dreams are used for your brain to sort through memories. If you think about the end of the world, you will dream about it, you simply won't remember it most of the time.

That theory works on one level, but I have had apocalyptic dreams since I was very very young before I knew of planets, religion, and state of the world.

3 months ago I head a dream about being on a hillside, I looked back and in the sky I seen a huge fiery cross formation. It wasnt like a wood burning cross it was more like a fiery cross formation hovering in the sky. It was a small short dream but thats exactly what it was. Now comes the weird part, I googled the occurence of the dream and come to find that Constantine had a simular dream right before a battle. I still dont know what it means?

The sound you hear is not a shofar horn but an Elohim UFO sound that commands a stop to current Natural flows of life. The Jewish shofar horn is a foreshadowing symbol of this only.

I dreamt of two planes flying into two tower blocks way before it happened. A very vivid dream it was and very recently I have dreamt of my country being invaded by an army flying in low on multimen glyders and they wear blue army hats.That is a worry to me

Me too, I wouldnt even hesitate to say my visions might of begun when I was a toddler, I believe its my soul and genetics that are chosen to recieve the forewarning.

We have technology now that can send voices and images into our head. I believe they chose me in this fashion.

Thanks my friend. Elohim sounds right to me, I investigated alternative religious history after my sightings began. I believe the Elohim came from the stars down to our earth

Whats interesting is that the sightings began right after I began after my interest in psychic phenomenom and premonition and esoteric beliefs like Kundalini, I also began a interest in astrology and then the UFOs showed up

Last October I had a dream we were raising money for flowers cause a coworker was killed in a car accident. When I woke up I went to work and at 12 noon my district manager calls me and tells me my coworker was killed in a head in collision with a tractor trailer at 9 am. I went cold. First time this happened and it hasn't happened since.

I had dream bout the word ghastorlycda. I saw it on a letter in my dream. Never heard of that "word".

Oh yes, and severe trauma fits in as well with apocalyptic dreams and UFOs.

I am a NDE survivor, Near death experience. The hospital saved my life and brought me back.

NDEs seem to be a pre event for many in the UFO experiences.

Last night i had a dream... I dont dream very often mind you... Anyways. I was sleeping and woke up. this is the dream. i was sleeping then woke up to the door bell.. I go to the door open it and its my old friend Ryan. (now me and ryan arnt quite friends anymore, or so i dont want to be with him for so many reasons) I open the door. ask why he is here, he wants to hang out and drink or something... Its precived in my dream about 3am.. I tell him to fuck off and that i dont want him to ever come back over.. I tell him everything i have ever watned to tell him and slam the door on his face.. I look out the window to see him pointing a gun at me 7 feet away he shoots and misses.. I look at the 3 bullet holes and thats when i wake up.

The Dream

I've shared this dream before. It had a huge impact on my life. It was, perhaps, the very first introduction to worlds beyond this one. It shaped my thinking. It left me in abject fear. I could not contain all the images flooding my mind. I retreated--big time.

In the dream, I was standing on a tall mountain. I could overlook the whole earth. It was all on fire. The cities were all burning. The trees were all burning. The very earth itself seeming to be burning. Nothing was alive. Of this, I was certain. The sun was three times its normal size. It took up a third of the sky.

I became aware of a mind. I was so close to the mind that it actually seemed to be me. I could hear and see its thoughts. I looked first to one side of me, then to the other. I had wings. They were black, like bat's wings. They were at least 20 feet long on each side. I was horrified. The force of its depravity, the depth of its evil would have slain me on the spot had it not been disassociated from myself. From my vantage point, I could follow out every nuance of every foul thought, taken to the limit of hatred of everything human. There was no love nor even a nuance of concern for his/its victims. It relished of causing pain unimaginable. Its victims were innumerable. It had been at it for what seemed like millenia. Images ran through my head of such horror, that I shrunk back in abject fear. No human mind, however depraved, could even imagine the depth of its glee at the destruction of mind, body and soul. It had curious sadness that ran to its depth, but I quickly saw at its depth, that its only pain was because there was no one left to torture, maim, and kill. It was a creature for which time had no meaning, dedicated to the destruction of God's Kingdom, (this was my firest real concept of what a "God" was) and chained to a world where there nothing left to tempt. "They" were all gone. The Victors. The only thing he had to look forward to, was their return in a thousand years. To finish him off. It's all written. He knows it well. His hatred roared with defeated gnashing of teeth.

When I awoke, I was in a pool of sweat, terrified at what I had seen. No person should ever have to experience the mind of such pure evil, not from a distance but in the intimacy of evil incarnate sharing the same mind. I could never be the same again. I could never allow myself to shrink into that hopeless anguish of total loss. I could not ever allow myself to be tempted, deceived, hypnotized into mindlessly selling my birthright to the inheritance given to the victors. "They" were my only hope--they and the "God" whom they followed. I would have to jealously guard my path. I determined to be and do all that I possibly could, to keep myself from becoming corrupt. Somehow, I understood what real "sin" was. I understood it in its full complexity, every nuance, every delusion, every deception. I was four years old.

I saw evil everywhere. This is why I retreated. For the next three years, I lived, not in fear of the evil; but in awareness of it. I saw things. Things no one should see, let alone a child. It was like I was the only one who could see. I saw a problem coming. I had to prepare for it. I was learning quickly that innocence cannot allow itself to be overt. It actually attracts the demons. They seek the "special ones". The ones who are "the remnant of Her Seed." The offspring of the one true church. The Chosen Ones. When I was seven, I destroyed my identity. From that moment, I became an expert in mediocrity. As far as I possibly could, I became invisible. It was the first change. I became an entirely different personality. It felt good. I felt strong. I was in control. I was still a child, but I emerged upon the scene as an individual who knew what he wanted and got it. He had the best of both worlds. He was still innocent, but he knew that he couldn't allow that innocence to express itself, for it would be laughed to scorn. For the next seven years, he retreated even more deeply. I say he, because I was no longer there. I could not be. It was a tough world. There was violence everywhere. I had no violence in me. I could only make believe. Miraculously, I made it through to adolescence. Now I could become myself again. I was not little anymore. I could stand my ground. I could apply myself. I was cool. I was 14. The last seven years of my life had been one of make-believe. When I became seven, I consciously destroyed a picture of myself which "contained all my innocence". That very day, i beat someone up, I stole from another, I destroyed property, and I started a fire that burned down a building and several cars. I was never caught. It was the beginning of a contrived life of crime. It was the only way I could really "hide" from the creature that had invaded my mind. By the time I was 14, I believed that I had hidden succesfully. I emerged with all the "idealism" of a teenager. The dream had come full circle. I was the monster of my dream.

I have had many experiences since then--all waking dreams. That monsteer cannot even approach me now. It cannot be in the same room with me. It fears me. It knows that I know it better than anyone. It has revealed itself to me in a thousand ways, in a thousand people, trying to scare me back into submission. It cannot and will not ever subdue me again. It tries--all the time. He has brought the most depraved before me, and each time he is driven out--to the amazement of those whom he has enslaved. Murderers, rapists, prostitutes, the addicted and every other kind of "sinner" has been "healed". He never gives up. I see how he invades people's bodies, minds and souls. I see that all suffering, all pain, all sickness, all death--is caused by him and his. He has no power but fear, need, want and blindness. He is Satan, he is real, and his time is short. Believe it or not. This is straight and true testimony. I found the remedy. He is the Word of God. He is my only defense. He is my only strength. He is the only path. He is the ladder out of the pit. You can also believe or not believe that. I have been to the bottom of the pit. I have also climbed to the top of the ladder. That is why I am Zerubbabel--the Son of Babylon. I am but the first of many Sons of Babylon. We are an army. We carry banners of victory over the beast. We are they who "keep the Commandments of God, and have the Testimony of Jesus". You can believe that or not too. No matter. What will be will be. It is not future, it is not past, it is NOW.

Yes I understand what you mean. I also had a dream about a UFO in the sky .... very clear dream that was repeated a dozen times probably, but it was perceived as a continuation as a whole. Start the same twilight I look at the sky and the clouds are beginning to emerge, and a feeling of joy fills in this moment incomparable, and say to myself, finally, really amazing picture opened, but there was no fear but joy .... and suddenly there is a military vehicle tanks planes and all this military power begins to attack them down, and for some reason, it is impossible to look at the want to help them, and here I stand looking at the planes that to fly him and just say
fall down, and I see as a result of failures they seek down and know that the pilots all okay .... waking up the first time I can not understand why I can `t do such a thing in my life, so here it was all real. this is my dream ends. For the first time he had me in a dream years 7 - 10 years ago, and is repeated often enough but with different details.

Normal dreams serve this purpose as well as others. For example, dreams help us sort and process all input and stimulus that our brain perceives within the day, conscious and unconscious. We develop patterns and memories which play roles for how our brains function and how we understand our world.

The discussion here is for people who have dreams that do not fit within this scenario. Dreams that do not seem connected, tend to reoccur, and are prophetic/apocalyptic in nature.

Seriously though, YES. I dream the same dream almost every time for 3-4 years now easy. In fact I woke up today at 6 am after only 3 hours sleep because I just am tired of going to that same place over and over again.

That movie Avatar really got me wondering about "walk ins" and how it might very well be that when we sleep in a human body we awake in another one.

What really got me thinking is the fact that the new Stargate: Universe TV series centers around that very same technology depicted in Avatar.

But I digress. . . My dreams that recur feature the west coast of USA being post-disaster and largely abandoned in the major city areas. I spend most of my dreaming time wandering the forests and cities of the future west coast and doing things like salvaging scrap metal from the video game/electronics display cages in what used to be a Target store. Sometimes it is that clear and even there was another scrap metal seeker that I was working with to remove a piece of metal.

I even remember talking to the other scrapper in the dream, and saying "Hey man I am not about to start a fight over some scrap metal. Let's just help each other if you really need this piece I will take the other one." It was really weird.

I seem to fit what you are describing. It seems like my recurring dream was leading me up to the numerous sightings I had three years ago after I had a "spritual rewakening" so to speak, Its like "they knew" and were waiting for me

I always feel them watching me now.

A interest in astrology coincided too . I had someone look at my chart and said I was in my last lifetime .

I had a dream when i was approx 4 yrs old which showed a nuclear bomb drop off a beach horizon in the middle of the ocean. I saw the flash, then i fell to the ground, sand went in my mouth (i could feel it grit in my teeth)then the mushroom cloud and then felt the nuclear wind. In my dream i was much older but knew it was me. I grew up in pittsburgh, PA, in the woods and never saw a beach or sand until way later.

Your theory does not work here.

this dream suggests that you have trouble really speaking your mind in situations like this and the dream was an opportunity to do so. Also in the dream there are frightening reprocussions for speaking your mind (which is a dormant fear I suspect). But, in the end, the reprocussion did not hurt you.

This was your mind's way of saying what you wanted to say and feeling what you wanted to feel without the vulnerability you would feel in a waking state, as well as seeing a scenario where you say what you want and the other person can't hurt you for doing so.

Old Roman empire // I had a dream where I walked into a UN TYPE building--there was one man at a desk (very large room) and I approached him saying Jesus is Lord--repeating it over and over-he became very angry slammed his fist on the desk and he asked "who told you that"?

I Answered "THE HOLY BIBLE"--This man was dressed in white and wore a white robe, long white hair and the hat was that of a wizard. He also had a scepter or wand if you will.

I walked into another room where flags of every nation was displayed. Walked out back into the wizards room and was suddenly surrounded by many men also in robes they were black ropes with hoods over there heads! These men had the faces of the dead/demons to be sure, and they were extremely frightening to look at. They encircled me scarring me--I was extremely frightened-saying Jesus is Lord Jesus is Lord--

Then the wizard takes his wand and starts making a circle with it--stars appear and are going in a circle--I wake up--hmm? What was that about?

That morning in 1992-1994 do not remember the year-on the front page of the LA TIMES Europe's new Flag--a circle of stars.

I had a dream several years ago that is still vivid to me today.
I dreamed I was in a tall apartment building and there were people laying all over the floor under blankets and sleeping bags and we all knew we were laying there just waiting to die. Somehow I had a view from very high up of the whole world. I saw a darkness starting at one place on the globe and making its way towards us. Everywhere the darkness touched it froze, like solid ice. I knew it was just a matter of time before it reached us, so I just layed down with the others with no fear or panic, just the acceptance that there was no way of stopping the end of the world.
A few days ago I learned about stranglets & ice-nine & wondered if this is how it could end.
