German Database of UFO Sightings!
Hi,
I did some research on german sites regarding UFO's to see if they have increased sightings just like the US. I stumbled across this site, which I didn't know existed.
It is in german, however easy to navigate through. Simply click on the year, then it gives a complete listing by date and location of UFO sightings.
The reports then give a description of what was observed, how many witnesses etc. If you don't speak german, you can copy or paste into a translater program...I'm also more than happy to translate anything you can't figure out or if you need help.

Just wanted to share this with germans or german speaking GLP'ers.

Yup, isn't it. Nice to be able to look and match up per year and date. Interesting how on certain dates several sightings in different areas...
Does something like this exist in the UK? Or US? Would be interesting.

It's the most comprehensive source of sighting on the net I think. Not many know about it, it's keeping a low profile and now advertising itself. Not much at least. And I'm sure you will understand why.

Thank you so much for these links - yes, I understand ;).

Too bad though that it's not been updated since August 30th. I'm particularly interested in September and October. In your experience, how often does the site get updated?

I have no idea, the last time I've checked it was 3 years ago. For personal reasons.

I gotcha ;) - I guess Russia does not have a database like this?
Would be cool if there was a "worldwide" one :)...

Yeah I have the NASA link, that's not what I am looking for though. I'm wondering if other country have a database purely for all the UFO's sightings from the last 40 years til today. Would be interesting...especially comparing the sighting stats by date etc to neighboring countries.
