Re: I'm Cooking Pot Roast
Pot roast is our family's favorite.

I love to dip bread and butter in the juice, or pour the juice over buttered rice.

just be careful of FLAREUPS i burned off all the hair on my hand last month removing one of those delicious bad boys.

One thing I've learned about cooking chicken on the grill.
LOW AND SLOW.

Hellyeah slow.... just do it humm.. i dont even know the english word for it but you have the charcoal on one side and the chickens on the other side of the grill.... also what we did we had some spices in the beer so the meat kinda soaks that flavours up, also you could do some glazeing and such on the chicken if thats what you like.... damn... im pissed its below freezing here and i wanna grill!!!
 Quoting: Satanslittlehelper

We have a natural gas grill, so no charcoal. I can cook all winter if I choose though. No matter how cold.

Sounds like you're referring to smoking. It's how most Texas barbeque is cooked...long and slow...doing ribs tomorrow. This is the best time of the year here, but we pay for it in the summer. Stay warm. I'll think of your while I'm outside wearing shorts, barefoot, and smoking those ribs and sipping a cold beverage.
