I just got back from Brugges last week, and I'll have to say that I enjoyed all of the trappist beers, the Rochefort 10 being my favorite! Belgians do not like their beer really hoppy though I found, which I am a huge fan of hops. Go Surly Furious!!!!!

We're lucky in Louisville, we have some decent breweries and an amazing beer store.. good beer is important!
