View this information through the prism of the information in "The Terra Papers" and it fits nicely.

Grays do not come from outer space, they live here on earth, or rather, under the surface of earth and can manipulate time and space to their will to appear and leave our presence.

They must be the Sheti which is spoken of in the Terra Papers and so, do not want to see a return of Marduk, Ammon-Ra to earth.

According to Zeheria Sitchin, Marduk is a son of Enki, the God who created humanity. His brother Enlil attempted to destroy certain members of humanity and Enki saved them. We have nothing to fear from the son of Enki.

This is just conjecture but; I see a relationship in the Sheti preventing the God Marduk from coming to earth and the recent oil spill. Yes, this is quite a leap but; Marduk should stand about 35 feet tall, he is a giant as are his followers that will come with him. Giant creatures need a high Oxygen mix in the atmosphere they breath. The destruction of the phyto-plankton in the Gulf of Mexico would increase Carbon Dioxide on the earth making breathing very difficult for Marduk. Phyto-Plankton has clorophil and converts CO2 into O2.

Someone on earth may be working for the Sheti.
