B. 2 spin rotating magnetic field = Superimposed magnetic fields (e.g. superimposed electrostatic potential of an electron). The two objects exist at the same time and are not necessarily mutually exclusive as in your half-witted 2-ball explanation.

C. Because the objects exist in a superposition (e.g. quantum, state (see point B above), the only push-pull force is the force keeping them apart (e.g. from existing simultaneously).
