Seems like there are just too many. Why don't I remember hearing about this many in the past? There has been rain and broken pipes before - why didn't they cause this many sinkholes?? |

[link to www.jsonline.com] In live in the region and the ground here isn't even limestone/karst topography. It's pretty solid ground (compacted clay). Sinkhole seem to be a new trend now, especially in urban areas. I've never heard or seen any sinkholes in this area at all before. |
