Everything is neutral. Human intent and judgment make it good or bad.

For example, a landslide is neutral. Unless! Unless it happens to fall on someone's house.

A tsunami is neutral. Unless! Unless it happens to kill people.

A van driving onto the sidewalk is neutral. Unless! Unless it happens to be an ambulance arriving to save your life and getting as close as he can to the door.

A child's picture is neutral. Unless! it happens to be your child making a cute face.
