Random Head Pains

Hello, for some reason this last week I have been having throbbing head pains on the left side. I have a inverted dent on the left side of my head, going from all the way from the front to the back under the hairline. I was born this way, never really worried about it till now it seems to be randomly throbbing and my left eye start twitching. Should I get it checked out or just wait and c what happens?
