Just putting it out there....

With all the closures of major cities, people working from home, it has left many cities wide open to pretty much anything, without many folks knowing about it.

Crews investigating the structures of buildings for instance.
Performing 'maintenance' on foundations, and building cores, and elevator shafts.

Creatively mounting and hiding cameras, projectors and speaker systems on roof tops, among other things.

This is, after all, a conspiracy site.....

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
Tropical Storm Eta made landfall late Sunday in the Florida Keys. The southern part of the state faces a potential one-two punch from Eta, which could strengthen into a hurricane and drop up to a foot of rain before retreating to the Gulf of Mexico to gather strength for round two.

The National Hurricane Center says Eta had maximum sustained winds of 65 mph on Sunday night and was centered about 30 miles east-northeast of Marathon, Fla., and 70 miles east-northeast of Key West. It was moving west-northwest at 14 mph.

After making landfall in Cuba early Sunday, Florida now faces storm surges of up to four feet. The National Hurricane Center has issued a hurricane warning, and a storm surge warning for much of the Florida Keys.

Ten years on...

Have to wonder if some of what we uncovered here will finally be brought into the light.

I have always suspected this thread was incredibly important to many watching. I must admit, I stepped way back when I started having qualms about who, exactly, the exposed (de-compartmentalized) information was benefiting though.

Unless you were here from the beginning, or have managed to slog through the first thousand pages or so, you have no idea what an incredible journey it is... An amazing awakening to how little we really know about what goes on behind the curtain of reality as presented to the average person.

To all of you "old timers" (and "new timers" too), a fond Hello and bright wishes for an easy passage through this turbulent meeting/ crossing/ joining of the timelines!

May 15 we be frens?

Yeah, I know. a different classic thread but so fitting atm.

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
OP is legit, I worked on the BRA-24 and the towed array systems on the US subs down there, that is all.

What is your take on this?

Can u elaborate please?

A towed array would not be deployed in an ocean full of oil.

So what can a damaged sub do?

How will it get out of there?

A towed array is a sonar listening device deployed behind the sub. The subs prop creates a baffle area (cant hear what's behind you) so an array is deployed behind this area. Russian subs use to get on your tail and follow you. Russians did a "crazy Ivan". All stop and turn 360 and come straight at you. USA was a little smarter and just deployed the array to check for tails.

Thanks.

What will a damaged French sub do now?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1001520

Really dont think a French sub is damaged. But... if any sub is damaged the first thing it does is surface. Blow main ballast systems and get to the surface. 4500 psi air is blown into ballast tanks to blow out the water. Sub rises to the surface.

Hurricane Iota has strengthened into a Category 5 storm that's now forecast to deliver "catastrophic winds, life-threatening storm surge and torrential rainfall" to Central America, the National Hurricane Center said.

Iota is forecast to make landfall Monday night in Nicaragua, near where Eta struck two weeks ago.

PHOTO: Tremendous amounts of rain are forecast once again for hard hit Nicaragua, Honduras and Guatemala over the next few days as rain could add up to 2 to 3 feet high.

A fast-strengthening Hurricane Iota intensified into an extremely dangerous Category 5 storm as it swept over the western Caribbean. The storm was approaching the same part of Central America battered by Hurricane Eta just over a week ago. CBS News meteorologist and climate specialist Jeff Berardelli joins CBSN's Tanya Rivero with the latest.
