They didn't bother to check out what this particular statute is about : "Chapter 176 — Federal Debt Collection procedure". It establishes rules about how the Federal Government collects debts. That's all. This statute does not define what the USA is.

With no constitutional authority to do so, Congress creates a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, a ten mile square parcel of land (see, Acts of the Forty-first Congress," Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62).

The act -- passed when the country was weakened and financially depleted in the aftermath of the Civil War -- was a strategic move by foreign interests (international bankers) who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the coffers and neck of America.

Congress cut a deal with the international bankers (specifically Rothschilds of London) to incur a DEBT to said bankers. Because the bankers were not about to lend money to a floundering nation without serious stipulations, they devised a way to get their foot in the door of the United States.

The Act of 1871 formed a corporation called THE UNITED STATES. The corporation, OWNED by foreign interests, moved in and shoved the original Constitution into a dustbin. With the Act of 1871, the organic Constitution was defaced -- in effect vandalized and sabotage -- when the title was capitalized and the word "for" was changed to "of" in the title.

1) Passing the Federal Reserve Act right before Christmas 1913, when most of Congress was back in their districts and did not know the bill would be brought up for a vote.

2) Not notifying Pearl Harbor Navy base that the Japanese were coming to attack in 1941, when Roosevelt had intelligence that they were.

3) Standing down the Air Force on 9/11 and allowing several enemy-controlled aircraft to reach their targets.

4) Passing Obamacare without reading it. "You'll have to pass it to find out what's in it."

5) EPA red tape preventing the Dutch from filtering sea water in the Gulf today. More government red tape tying the hands of state and local government trying to protect themselves

6) And even just today, Congressional "conservatives" (I would not call them that) saying the BP $20 Billion escrow fund was the result of a "shakedown". In Rand Paul's words, I guess it's "un-American".

It's time for a new government. The Declaration of Independence (preamble) could not be more clear. If America doesn't have that spirit, it doesn't have a spirit of value, or at least one that I value. The new spirit they're trying to sell us is "multiculturalism" which is more like employee management than a human spirit. Time to take a deep breath and start over.

But how to we protect ourselves so the bankers don't end up controlling the new one too?

We would have to revert to the constitution before 1871 and enact some legislation that put in place strict limits on the Federal government that could not be changed without a vote of the people, instead of some back room deal by member of congress. Also get rid of the Federal reserve.

Well I'm not sure about the flags but the admiralty court sounds about right. UCC has become the standard system in the US. It has been adopted as the standard in every state.

We need to get back to common law.

When a gold fringed flag is displayed, that place is under admiralty law.

It is displayed on a ship, for example.

THE LAW OF THE FLAG

The Law of the Flag, an International Law, which is recognized by every nation of the planet, is defined as:

By the doctrine of "four cornering" the flag establishes the law of the country that it represents. For example, the embassies of foreign countries, in Washington D.C., are "four cornered" by walls or fencing, creating an "enclave." Within the boundaries of the "enclave" of the foreign embassy, the flag of that foreign country establishes the jurisdiction and law of that foreign country, which will be enforced by the Law of the Flag and international treaty. If you enter an embassy, you will be subject to the laws of that country, just as if you board a ship flying a foreign flag, you will be subject to the laws of that flag, enforceable by the "master of the ship," (Captain), by the law of the flag.

When you enter a courtroom displaying a gold or yellow fringed flag, you have just entered into a foreign country, and you better have your passport with you, because you may not be coming back to the land of the free for a long time. The judge sitting under a gold or yellow fringe flag becomes the "captain" or "master" of that ship or enclave and he has absolute power to make the rules as he goes. The gold or yellow fringe flag is your warning that you are leaving your Constitutionally secured RIGHTS on the floor outside the door to that courtroom.

This is exactly why so many judges are appointed, and not elected by the people. The Federal judges are appointed by the President, the national military commander in chief. The State judges are appointed by the Governors, the state military commanders. The judges are appointed because the courts are military courts and civilians do not "elect" military officers.

The details of the crimes that civilians can commit, that are classed as 'Acts of War,' cover 125 pages in the Manual of Courts Martial.

Under Article IV, section 3, of the Constitution for the united States of America, no new State shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State. So -- Why have the judges of the State and Federal courts been allowed to erect foreign enclaves within our public courthouses under a foreign flag with the yellow fringe upon the soil of your state?

If you are in Spain and you see the National Flag of Spain, you would know that you are under the jurisdiction of Spain; and their laws govern you at this time.
