B vitamins; perhaps B-12 injections if you are elderly or a vegetarian or if you also have a low thyroid. These people are often deficient in B-12. (B-12 makes you feel really good; the capsules smeared inside nostril works almost as good as injection--forget B-12 pills; they are mostly destroyed by stomach acid) Magnesium, potassium but be careful not to take too much of either as overdoses throw things way out of balance and can be dangerous.
