It's like the 4th time that Etsy place has been mentioned.
It sounds like some place I seriously need to check into!
I appreciate you sharing how your friends are doing on there.
I've wondered how much traffic the place gets, and if anyone has had any success on there.

From reading thru everyone's suggestions, it looks like my best course of action is going to be in the Cyber Market.
Looks like giving it a shot is a good place to start anyway!
My only hesitation about the Cyber Marketplace...is that it means I'm going to have to deal with Banks...and I detest those fuckers!
I haven't had a Bank account in years...and like it that way.
I know that I'd have to have 1, to be able to do the PayPal thing, or whatever...:P

I have a favorite of the group..but I'd like to hear some opinions from y'all, so I'm not gonna say which 1 it is yet.

We took some that are just the wear-ables..because I was thinking that places like ETSY might not like the tastefully done nudes...save those for the Art Galleries and Juried shows.
So, yes...there is some nudity in the pics...but it's not trashy..not boobies hangin' out or snatch shots...LOL..tastefully done nudes.

This is very promising. Ur issues are more with ur life choices. And power and control things. U may not be motivated by money but by statements. And the effort to run a business is frightening a drain on ur political comments subtly woven no pun intended into ur art. U need a tine budget, a plan and a partner. All those are draining trust me, but u don't want what the universe will send u if u don't listen to her message

You are right about the partner...I do better with 1.
When I had the sign shop, I had a partner..:)
We made a really good team...covered the others weakness'..

Maybe if I get everything all lined out, and ready...Universe will SEND me the appropriate partner for this venture...:D

I'm not so sure about my friend that had the 'epiphany'..
I like her...but she is not a 'steady person'....I don't know if she would be a very good partner , because of the constantly starting and stopping stuff. LOL..she changes her mind a lot!

I'm really liking #4...where the only real color is in the wear-able....it's what I had in mind when I first started thinking about doing this.
The others are nice too....but #4 is my fav... :)
There are still, about 25 more articles that have pics taken...just waiting for my friend to pull the best ones out and do the editing to them. ( like on #4, I got grayed out, because I had elastic marks on my ankles from my socks..LOL...:P)
So, it's decision time...which look do I like the best?

Get a small business license and when the weather is nice, open a table or such and ask a local business that has nothing to do with what YOU do to let you set up shop on the roadside. (IE clothing stores etc...)
The creating is what you need to do, the shop is what your BFF wants, not you. I have done the same thing.
I am an illustrator, and make swarov crystal necklaces.
Every time I do, folks want them. I understand about the "part of me goes inot them thing" I have the same problem.
Anytime I go to have copies of my color illustration made, someone buys them. I always make money and NEVER have to pay for my copies.

Start on Ebay first - it goes worldwide - If you do well then get a shop otherwise - you'll throw away your time, money and energy - but - I think if you price your goods in an affordable manner - you'll do well - Best of Luck!

You'll do great at what you love with or without your friend.
If people already think it's great - Ebay is ok but make a few items at take them to a quaint store & see about commission.
