Sirloin sauteed in olive oil, garlic and cumin with bell peppers, onion, mushrooms.

Desert - chocolate brownies with coffee ice cream.

Interestingly enough, many "devout" Christians will be eating ham, even though Jesus/Yahshua would never have allowed pig meat at His dinner table. :(

Ham, twice baked sweet potato, long grain wild rice, Salad.



Never had twice baked sweet potato... mmm, sounds interesting.

And a pistachio bundt cake for dessert.

Cut your sweet potato in half long ways, bake until soft, then scoop out the potato and mix some buttermilk,butter,cinnamon, brown sugar.

The amounts are personal taste, if you want real sweet add extra sugar.

use a mixer whip the potatoes until fluffy scoop back into skins and bake again for about 20-30 min.

i'm making swedish meatballs with fresh dill, sherry cream sauce. and there's wild rice mixed into them. they'll go into a nest of mashed taters.

sweet potatoes i'm making with orange juice, brown sugar, and chutney mixed in and poured over them.

purple cabbage and carrot slaw.

parsnips, and angel biscuits, again made with fresh dill.

there's a lot of butter in everything, but i took out the animal fat.

dessert MIGHT be bread pudding, or it might be carrot cake.

Canned food and water, same as every other day.

One of our plump young chickens, roasted with Penzey's Bicentennial Rub.
Asparagus, roasted with a little lemon juice and fresh pepper
Parmesan Risotto

and for dessert
Chocolate Strawberry Shortcakes with whipped cream from yesterday's milking.

Look, the food sounds fantastic.... but, you might want to add some Beer! Beer just would be really great with what you've mentioned. lol

Damn, you forgot the peas man, we had, Roast Pork, Roast potatoes, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, peas and gravy, washed down with corpulent amounts of Beaujolais, jolly nice, now on my second bottle, hic!

No, we have some good tasting stuff. The last day is April 7th., we can leavened bread again after sunset that day.

We had some chocolate covered matza that was REALLY good.

Leg of NZ lamb with a mustard and lemon crust with lots of garlic, garlic roasted baby new potatoes, baked carrots, wine gravy, Greek salad, home-made tsatziki and hummus with whole wheat pitas for dipping, 6 kinds of olives and stuffed grape leaves. With a rough red wine to wash it all down and some dark chocolate for dessert. Oh and some Jamaica blue mountain coffee as an after-dinner treat.

Oh yeah, and beer, lots of beer.
