Ham, twice baked sweet potato, long grain wild rice, Salad. Never had twice baked sweet potato... mmm, sounds interesting. No cornbread, rolls or biscuits with that? croissants.......... And a pistachio bundt cake for dessert. Cut your sweet potato in half long ways, bake until soft, then scoop out the potato and mix some buttermilk, butter, cinnamon, brown sugar. The amounts are personal taste, if you want real sweet add extra sugar. use a mixer whip the potatoes until fluffy scoop back into skins and bake again for about 20-30 min. Sounds so yummy! Thanks, AC. I'm gonna try that this week. I love sweet potato souffle! |
