sounds like (to me) an out=of=the=body experience...
this has happened to me in the past.

So today I had another of those spooky encounters...

I was out of the office all last week and just returned for a few hours today. We had a late start because of the snow here this morning so I came in around 11...anyway, there's a gal here I work with who applied for a job with another company close to her home (she commutes like an hour one way to work here) and right before work ended today we were just chattin' to catch up and I asked her if she had put in her notice here yet and she said she was meeting with mgmt in a few minutes to do it but was putting it off because she's nervous about telling them.

So I go about my business and she comes over a few minutes later and was like "wait a minute...how'd you know I interviewed for another job and accepted it?"...and I was like "you told me all about it one day...about how you found out about the job and how you applied and how you went for your interview and they offered it to you right then at the interview"....and she was like..."um no I didn't"...and for a couple seconds I thought she was just playing with me.

She then pointed at my calendar and said..."the last time I saw you and talked to you was Feb 1st" which was 7 days before she even interviewed for the company...they offered her the job on the same day 2/7.

I was home sick that whole week...and we dont talk outside work. It's SO bizarre I can recall details of our "conversation" and was even able to confirm some details like when she's starting and all that...I seriously remember having a conversation with her in detail about it all.. but logically know it did not take place "for real"....after talking with her about some of the details it all just made me go

I knew events as they happened, like in real time, not future wise. Conversations quite often would flow like that.

Life is a bit cluttered right now for me, and I think that makes a big difference. But all is well, do not get me wrong.

I don't know, I have weird experiences like that all the time but when I was talking to her I had MEMORY of our conversation, very clear, detailed memory so that was kind of new...it was more complete than the random stuff that happens all the time...

What happened in 2010 for you? Must have been significant enough to bump you out of connections like that if you already had it?

So I have been working for months on a theory about building energy.

I started the experiment using the mind to “create” the emotional response in the body. We all know that when you can achieve the emotional response you can manifest physical responses as a…let’s call it “side effect”.

What I have found about how to build energy within the human body is amazing…to me anyway…an amateur scientist. Well, calling myself an amateur scientist would imply something I’m not and “elevate” my status…so to me…as just another human being…it’s amazing.

Meditation schhmeditation….I’m not talking about OoMMMMing yourself into a good mood here. This is not some post about ohhhh look at me, look at what I can do? What I have found is completely and utterly NATURAL. Now that I have experienced it, I can’t believe I ever lost touch with it. What is possible in the physical when you build this kind of energy is amazing.

Your mind IS able to manifest physical changes.
Your state of mind IS directly connected to what you experience in “reality”.
Your mental ability IS an unbelievable SOURCE of inspiration, imagination, healing, connection, everything!

Physicist Roy Frieden postulates that conscious observation of a system injects information into it, which thereby interacts with the energy and matter within the object, and between this and other objects, flowing from one space-time object to another.

Dr. Bernard B. Kajinsky noted the telepathic transference of bodily symptoms. In one case he noticed how a women suddenly felt sudden stomach pain when 1400 miles away unknown to her at the same moment her daughter was undergoing surgery.

That would be a good thing...different perception IS good...but not so different to the point it shuts down the ability to communicate with another (insert fear here) and understand someone else based on their inability to override the fear and understand another person...

You (not specifically you but people in general) really hear how stupid something sounds when you hear it through another persons perception? LOL...it's like that...

I understand nothing somedays...and other days I have it all figured out...or so I think. The last couple days has been one of those "working things out" times.

Not sure the connection there yet but looking into it...

History also moves in circles, the perception that the past was always better was present during the golden age of Rome or Greece. Back then people already perceived for example, that marriages in the older ages were better than in their living period.

Perhaps this repeating cycles have something to do with an always present nostalgia and consequent inability to project a better future, TPTB have long ago understood this, their particular history contemplates the past without second glances, their focus is pointed forward. But for the common man this circle can only be broken when a vast majority understands that the past was not better than the present nor the future which is yet to come.

From the past we must learn so we can avoid repetition of the mistakes then committed, we live in the now and to shape a better future all one needs to do is avoid past mistakes and stop believing this global grand dellusion of the golden ages of the past when everything was perfect because there was never such a thing as perfection were humanity is concerned.

Focus = the ability to concentrate all of your energy.

Oneness = the ability to combine all of your energy with the cosmos/universe/universal energy.

Tension = a waste of energy. I diverted stream of energy, weakens the energy body, like a leak in a pressurized system.

When the body is relaxed, the energy flows freely,

when there is tension, the energ stagnates.

Relaxed awareness is the highest state of awareness.

Tension during relaxed awareness signifies emotion, which will disrupt the focus and lead to a leaking of the energy.

This will lead to uncontrollable emotions, anger, rage, depression paranoia..

The state of oneness, the state of focus, should be practiced through meditation.

Prayer can be achieved by oneness.

A wicked person can never achieve oneness, but can achieve focus.

Your body is like a conduit.

A microchip.

The energy flows through the body, and thats what allows it to grow.

It came from the past energetic incarnation you were, and inhabited the fetus.

When the spirit is done growing it moves up, to a higher energy body.

If it is not grown, for whatever reason, it starts over.

my theory...

Emotions are very powerful universal energies, not dominated by any realm but thought.

They have their own unseen colors, smells, and shapes.

All things are numbered, even the individual atoms in your body, and deeper.

These numbers are always in flux, colliding, interacting and eliminating their counterparts, opposites.

This is how yin and yang in expressed in your body.

When the energy moves, yin turns to yang.

You cannot go from Yang to yang.

Movement must first come from relaxation.

Movement is yang, relaxation is Yin.

There is a concept called "Shoong" called "relaxed tension"

You are trained to "listen" to your body. And release tension, while maintaining proper alignment and posture, the "seven stars" crown, shoulders, hips, and knees.

In martial tai chi, it is used to find the opponents energy and neutralize it, then control it, redirect it, uproot, or send it to the ground.

If the "shoong" is even slightly off, a skilled opponent will find your weakness, and you will be defeated in an instant.

Having "shoong" slightly off, you are "leaking" your energy. And a skilled opponent can "hear" it by "listening".

In medicinal tai chi, it is used to "dissolve" energy blockages in your own body.

If you are skilled enough, you can emit your energy in the form of electromagnetic radiation "heat" and influence another persons chi. You can also massage more efficiently, knowing where blockages are. These were the precursors to acupuncture. A complicated science.

Emotions can also cause disease.

Sorrow has a bad effect on the lungs, you will find that many people get lung cancer, but have never smoked.

You will find that they are suffering from sorrow or grief/depression.

When you cry, what happens? The lungs fill with mucus, the nose stuffs up, the eyes tear up...

These emotional energies create energy vortices in the body, which can harm the body if not put in check.
