They are poisoning our food with additives, our water with fluoride and pharmaceuticals, and our air with chemtrails. It is all about population reduction. Mowing down the useless eaters. They will not prevail. So long as the people do not care to exercise their freedom, those who wish to tyrannize will do so; for tyrants are active and ardent, and will devote themselves in the name of any number of gods, religious and otherwise, to put shackles upon sleeping men. |

MSG - Monosodium Glutamate - This toxin is in most mainstream foods! Read your labels!!! SOME TOXINS ARE AVOIDABLE, Just don't put them in your mouth! I have been telling my students and members this for years. In lesson two of the Herbology course my students are directed to read and list all the chemical ingredients in the foods and drinks they are using. Many of these are safe in small doses, but there are some that are so toxic I wouldn't feed them to my dog, yet millions of people consume them daily and suffer the ailment consequences never diagnosed by the mainstream allopaths. Of course not! When I had written to the FDA about MSG years ago, they sent me a response that was unbelievable. They said they had thousands of reports of adverse reactions, however it represented only a small percentage of the U.S. population and they were obviously of a sensitive type! Thousands of complaints and nothing ever done about it? MSG is a drug and a neurotransmitter which stimulates the brain cell activity. MSG "tricks" the brain into thinking the food you are eating tastes good and you want more. Remember the advertising campaign for the chip company that used the slogan "I bet you can't eat just one". These were laced with MSG. The reaction of headaches, migraines, stomach upsets, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, asthma, panic attacks, heart palpitations, mental confusion, mood swings, neurological disorder symptoms like Parkinson's, MS, ALS, Alzheimers and behavior disorders to name a few are not an allergic reaction, but a powerful drug reaction. This over stimulation of the brain cells actually kills the brain cells. Years ago there was an article in Science News (don't have the issue number, but I am searching for it) that said that there was enough MSG in a packet of a well known brand of dried soup mix to kill a two year old child! MSG in its pure form must be labeled. Food manufacturers are wise to this and have found loop holes to fool the public. It can be hidden by the words Sodium Caseinate or Calcium Caseinate, Autolyed Yeast or Yeast Extract, Hydrolyzed Protein, Natural Flavoring, Textured Protein, etc. For a list of all the other names it may be hidden under go here: [link to www.nomsg.com] Sources You know a thought crossed my mind while I was writing this. You have all heard of the mad cow disease that is crossing over into humans. Well the short of it is that they say it is a 'Prion' disease. They are not sure it is caused by the Prions - proteins, but they are present and responsible for destroying the brain and turning it into swiss cheese. MSG crosses the brain barrier. There is not many things that do that. MSG could be used as a carrier or this may be a side effect from long term use. They put MSG in animal feed as well. Food for though... You can stop this by not putting this poison into your mouth! It is my opinion that many of the new (over 30 now) emerging diseases are caused by environmental toxins and chemicalized foods and poisoned waters. It is man's indiscriminate use of his technology and chemistry that has led this planet into crisis and people into terrible diseases. Now if the fact that most items in the mainstream supermarkets contain large amounts of MSG isn't enough, the "beast" continues to force MSG into the environment and the water supply. There has been an EPA approved new agricultural spray used as a "growth enhancer". This product is called Auxigro and contains 30% MSG!!! It is sprayed by airplane on crops. This will not only put residues on the crops but will contaminate the ground water as well. The EPA's action allows the amount of residue on fruits and vegetables to be unlimited. (Sec. 180.1187 Code of Federal Regulations) [link to www.nomsg.com] Here's what you can do. #1 STOP EATING THE STUFF! # 2 LOG ON TO: [link to www.nomsg.com] and read and study about it. I encourage you to support this group with a membership too. You can call them for an information packet at 1-800-BEAT-MSG # 3 AND MOST IMPORTANT! Detox your body for MSG. To do this you can use our specially formulated homeopathic MSG Detox. This is the highest quality homeopathic formula and is actually still hand succussed for those of you up on your homeopathy. This is not available in health food stores. # 4 - CALL THE COMPANIES Most large companies supply a phone number on the can, bag or box to call in. Call in and leave a message to them telling them you want the MSG removed from the food. Back when I was a kid, Campbell Soup did not have MSG in it. Why is it in there now??? Plain potato chips usually don't have it, but all the flavored ones do. Just read your labels and you will be shocked at how much of this garbage is being fed to the American people!!! It is not necessary at all. **************************** MSG Homeopathic Formula is available in a 2 oz. dropper bottle. Dose is 10 drops under tongue twice a day until the bottle is gone. Ingredients: MSG 9X, 12X, 30X, 60X. |

I have always been interested in natural foods, organic agriculture, etc. since I was a teenager long ago. At the same time I felt that a lot of claims against the mainstream food industry were somewhat overblown, and that a middle of the road approach was best, especially in terms of eating as well and naturally as you could afford to within your budget. It seems though that as the organic agriculture/local production movement grows in strength and popularity, the industrial factory produced agriculture is getting worse and worse, with the genetic modification of crops, the stranglehold of power that Monsanto has, the continuing degradation of the soil, the creepy new chemical pesticides and fertilizers. It really does seem to be going downhill and getting more sinister and dangerous. Confinement farming of animals is getting more universal too, and slaughterhouse conditions have deteriorated, I'm convinced of that. The lines have sped up while the work force gets less skilled, a hellish combination for animals. Today in 2010 it seems to be getting kind of critical to support organic farming, small farmers, local production, etc. Trouble is not everyone can afford to shop that way exclusively. I guess we have to make the best choices we can, and be as informed as we can. |

I am one of those Glutamate Sensitives. It is almost impossible to find anything to eat. I may buy something today that is OK, and the next time I buy the same product at the same store it gives me a reaction. The Organic growers are doing catch-up with the MSG on their crops. Last year most of their potatoes were OK. This year none of them are. I am currently able to tolerate Potatoes from Wong's Produce, with only a mild reaction. Eagle Eye were the Worst of all. One bag of High Country was good the next one bad. I guess it depends on the particular grower, and you can't tell by reading the bag. The same goes for Tomorrow's Organics. I have written to all of them. All of them deny using these Glutamate Containing products. I have to wonder if they know what they are using. All commercial veggies are MSG'd. All the Organic veggies I have tries are also poisoned with MSG. If that is not bad enough, you will also find that your meats are also poisoned. They use Citric Acid on some of it. (I get the same reaction to Citric ACid) It was approved in the fall of 2008, after which I could no longer eat beef. I'm not sure what they all use on chicken. I had been buying Murray Chicken and then they started using something that gave me problems. Then recently there came on the market "Nature's Place" products. I bought some of their chicken and it went OK. The next week I went back for more and had problems with it. I contacted them and their Rep. called me. He said they did not use Citric Acid. They do however wash their chickens in Chlorine and there is a requirement that a certain amount of Chlorine remain on the carcass to pass FDA inspection. I have been soaking the chicken in a Hydrogen Peroxide solution to neutralize the Chlorine. It does seem to be working. Sanderson Farm also said they did not use Citric Acid, but did not volunteer what they did use. Their chicken has a bitter taste to it, as does Gold Kist. It well may be Chlorine. It is a high alkaline taste. There is also a connection of MSG/Glutamate withe AUTISM. There has been a 1500-6000% increase in the number of children with the Autism Spectrum disorders. Do you think that might have something to do with the POISONS in our food? [link to dorway.com] |

I've deliberately avoided MSG for decades, knowing its properties as an excito-toxin (I work in health care), aspartame even more so. I'm afraid maybe the only solution is to grow our own. And before you say "I don't have the land," if you've got a bright window, you can grow lettuce easily. Last summer, for an investment of under $10, I grew lettuce in pots outside, 3 different kinds, planted in staggered plantings. We had so much lettuce in 3 pots, that's all, that we ate fresh salads every single day for months and were giving away bags of fresh lettuce to friends. In the end I let a few of the plants go to seed and now I have tons of lettuce seeds. It grows very fast, likes partial shade, especially when it's hot, and you don't have to do anything except water it. And I used no fertilizer or any kind of plant food, just seeds, dirt and water. I had romaines 18" tall. We didn't buy fresh salad fixings from early May until the end of September, saved piles of money. Everyone has house plants, just make some of them food plants too. It's a change in thinking, I know, but if agro is trying to poison us, what choice is there? I also grew tomatoes, green peppers, cukes, green beans, peas, herbs, carrots, leeks and beets - we ate very well, for free as far as veg goes, half in pots, half in a little (6 x 8') patch in the yard. It sounds like a lot of work, but it isn't at all. Lovely fresh green beans do very well in pots, so do leeks and chives and green onions. We had enough left at the end of the summer to turn into great soups and sauces which we froze to use over the winter.....and you know WHAT you are eating. I'm no farmer, just a regular person, but my hubbie and I are both into growing at least half our own food and we can do it easily. We're adding potatoes this year. It's something that can really be a family project too and it saves time (shopping), gas (shopping), and money (shopping). If you've never considered it, why not give it a try? |

I guess we have to make the best choices we can, and be as informed as we can. You are so right, Mercury. Animals raised in terrible conditions are not good to eat, they are stressed and sick and pumped full of hormones and antibiotics. For years now, I will only buy free range eggs, I don't care if they cost more. I guess we're very lucky where we live in southern BC, the demand for organic is so high that the prices are very reasonable, in some cases less for certain things. We found a place that sells organic grain-fed beef very reasonably, as well as wonderful free-range chickens that taste so so so so much better, you would never want to go back. We eat much less meat than we used to, but when we buy it, we buy quality, but we are very lucky to live in an area where free-range animals are raised, we have good local lamb, chicken, beef. I used to think it didn't matter, but you are right, in the last few years quality has deteriorated so much. Another reason to buy locally is to keep the family farmers and local greenhouses in business. It supports local communities and of course you don't have to pay for shipping from a thousand miles away. We have a big greenhouse down the hill from us, most of them are open to the general public and you can get amazing deals on beautiful produce...for far less money than, say, Safeway, and infinitely better quality. It's harder in some cities, I know, but it is worth doing the research. People might even be surprised what's available in their area once they start looking, it's so much easier to go to a big box store and get everything at once, but I love searching out great local suppliers, most of my friends do too, and we share those great finds amongst ourselves. For example, one store here sells free range organic roasting chickens for about $15 each. Well, that's way to expensive. But I found out that every Tuesday morning, they put those same lovely organic grain-fed chickens on sale for $6 a piece. So I get my chickens on Tuesday mornings.....and I am in a million+ city too. |

Even going back hundreds of years they got the best most nutritious foods while the rest of the population got the scraps that were barely fit enough for farm animals to consume. Make no mistake about it, TPTB have their own food stocks that are far superior to ours and that are not subjected to the same chemical/biological manipulation that our food is. |

They also have yearly or twice yearly chelation procedures, which detoxes the entire body. The regular American suburban housewife is still programmed by pop TV commercials and their girlfriend culture, is in a food culture still dominated by national processed food brands like Cheez Whiz, Kelloggs, Nabisco and Oscar Meyer. These are the people who make up the statistics of diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular and cancer epidemics. It's also those people who are still buying regular Supermarket produce and don't really eat fresh raw veggies. So they don't know any better. They wouldn't know how a real raw fresh naturally grown vegetable is supposed to taste. They overcook what veggies they do eat, and drown them in butter, cheese, etc. Women who are more news-aware and independent thinkers are like the women on this site, and they are more likely to know how a real vegetable is supposed to taste. So we are seeing a split in food cultures in America. One group of people are cluelessly buying the produce and processed food that gets worse and worse and they have no clue it's worsening. The other group is behind the exploding organic and natural food market growth. |
