Saturn is at it lowest point in the chart at the IC. The Eclispe = Saturn/Neptune which is very good symbolism for economic melt down. Pluto is in the 8th house which has to do with $$$ and death/transformation. Looking at the chart as a whole. The symbolism is all there.
