One more 440hz to 432hz conversion Thread
So, I bet there's someone with all the math do help me with this:

How much less percent (-%) of a semi-note is there in a change from 440hz to 432hz?

is it -0.35% ?

Doing it by ear, I got to around that value, but the -0.32% sounds more "on the spot"

Right now I'm not converting, I'm playing with small transpose on my synth.

I found that converting a full already recorded sound is not worth it. While you can in fact change the pitch, you also degrade the sound slightly.

according to numerological math + thirteen intentions of creation

432 -> 4 + 3 + 2 -> 7 + 2 -> 9

2 -> value, limit,
7 -> music, sound ,frequency

432 hz -> "musical value"

the universe is based on the frequency of number 12, hence 12 -> 1 + 2 -> 3 -> manifestation. this means that everything manifested in the universe is completely and fundamentally described by a frequency of 3 digits. therefore, with respect to TUNING and MUSIC, 432 hz is the fundamental frequency.

432/440 = .0.981818181818182

so,.98.1818181818182%

I've been interested in 432hz for many years. I've done the same with my synths and guitars.

nope, not close at all. most modern tuners will let you pick your frequency.

New E-Book: Understanding Nature

Everything in nature has a rhythm. Nature is constantly dancing, on all levels. To fully understand this, we need a new scientific paradigm. The old paradigm beliefs that energy originates from matter. The new paradigm shows us that matter originates from energy.

This book applies this new scientific paradigm to explain the essence of nature. It shows simple solutions for all the problems of the old science. However, this new science is not so new at all, since it brings us right back to the legacy of Pythagoras.

This small book (of only 48 pages) explains how to solve all mayor planetary problems (such as poverty, violence and pollution). Since governments and universities are not able to do all this (in fact, they only make it worse), we better do it our selves. Everybody can understand and apply the fundamental insights of this new science. In short, it shows us the way to ultimate empowerment.

Very interesting!

Re: One more 440hz to 432hz conversion Thread
I'm not sure if it is coincidence or not, but when I perform (solo acoustic guy) I have always played in 440.
About a year ago I started messing around in 432, music started to "pop" for people listening as well everything became more pleasant to sing.
The huge difference was when I played music to the children.

I could chalk it up to just getting better over time, but I've been doing this for over a decade.

There is not a very big audible difference between the 2, but for some reason 432 seems to turn heads more than 440.

Simply lowering the pitch of your music to 432hz seems too simplistic to me.Check out "Just Intonation" as opposed to
"Equal temperament".Pianos and synths are tuned in "Equal temperament",a sort of compromise so as to be able to play a tune in any key you like,because just intonation while sounding more "natural" has one major drawback:You need to retune your instrument if you wish to play in another key...

I'm not trying to tune the pitch of a music, but rather, the pitch of each individual instrument/synt.
