Original Message I thought I would make a new thread for part 2 of Ian and the expected hit on SC.

I just heard from my daughter the latest alert they've received is that Ian is expected to be at a cat 2 when it makes landfall.

Just before 9 this morning they were saying 5-8' storm surges.
