Tell us your issues
At home, my phone signal bar is just one or two, and the phone freezes up 6x a day and I have to restart it. Out anywhere in a store the signal bar is max, but the phone still freezes sometimes. SAMSUNG, Xfinity, 10-mos. old. Got a new Xfinity box 4-mos. ago, it is downstairs. Thanks.
Freezing up indicates to me it could use a software update and or - go through and delete any apps you are not using (free up some memory). Samsung is also notorious for bloatware on top of android OS so like if you are using Samsung overlay active wallpapers or some crap like that (customized interface) it could be causing the freezes. As far as one bar at home, I’d recommend a good repeater - be careful selecting one, first of all you want to make sure you know what channels your device uses be it Verizon, T-Mobile, what ever - read this article (second part dealing with android) https://signalbooster.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004705354-How-To-Check-What-Frequency-Band-Is-Used-By-The-Cell-Phone- You wanna find a GOOD repeater that can handle all the frequencies you use but you don’t really care about digital readout and stupid crap so you can find one with features you need but simple. You also want an app called open singnal which will show you the direction of your closest tower and you point the external directional antenna towards it. You want your internal antenna at least 30 feet away and ideally 10-15 feet lower than the external or they will cross talk. This will improve your reception at home. I have one on my camper
YOU'RE REALLY GOOD. WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?
