[quote:Paul Drake:MV81MjAzMjYwXzk1NzMzMTU3XzM2NzVCMkQy] OK I was curious about ink running, and did a test using 3 different inks and a bowl of water. Guess what - to my surprise, paper floats even an hour later, even after I pressed it down to the bottom of the bowl it still floated back up - and depending on the kind of ink it might run- roller ink runs - sharpie and ball point do not. Add to that, the handwriting from the two toilets is not from the same person, the torn edges on both sets of ripped up notes are dark, and the R on the right picture is surprisingly undisturbed by the tearing - I call photoshop bullshit on this ridiculous attempt by Maggie Haberman. Add to this ridiculousness, the difference between 'presidential records' and 'personal records' is determined by "in the course of conducting activities which relate to or have an effect upon the carrying out of the constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties of the President". The man is free to have a diary, journals or notes that are not presidential records. https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/44/2201 This is a really bad joke being played upon the people who will not take a moment to read definitions or even study a photo of two toilets..... Can't believe someone either follows Trump around and takes photos of the toilet he supposedly just used - or photoshops notes in toilets and shares them with the press - who buys it hook, line, and sinker. The world has literally gone crazy if that is our reality. Also the whitehouse restroom is not quite the quality I would expect to see in that whitehouse. EDIT - Another hour later - after pressing these to the bottom again - and they are still floating.
New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman is using pictures of toilet bowls to promote her new anti-Trump book.
Liberal reporters are so desperate to pin any crime on Trump (and sell books) that they are now posting pictures of a toilets used by Trump to prove he flushed Oval Office documents.

She made it up. I don’t believe they have sources. Who is going to be a source for that anyway? Who would know that? There is no source. They make it up. You know, they oftentimes, these fake writers like her, they act like they know me like she knows me. I haven’t spoken to her in a very, very long time. She knows me no better than any other writer. They write books like they know and then they make things like that up. There would be no way of her knowing if it were the fact,” Trump said.
Maggie Haberman provided the photos of the so-called toilets to Axios’ Mike Allen – and he used the photos to promote Haberman’s new book.
It’s all about selling books.
