I believe that they will seek to pass it anyway, and try to act swiftly under color of law.

It is almost as if they are frantic and want to prevent the American people from collectively organizing a better internal defense network than what the Ukrainian people had at their disposal before the same people who are passing this unconstitutional bill sent them armaments and heavy weapons.

What's amazing is that I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they also plan on hanging the same people that they would be relying upon to get this done out to dry, if/when they are successful in leaving America largely internally defenseless.

Those that they plan to rely upon will be setting themselves up for the same treatment, in successive order. I think it may be designed to leave both groups defenseless, instead of having them band together to deter a significant threat that would require cooperation between disparate groups.

Although the news from the Court today may be good news, the news out of the Senate is not.

People need to read up on the Phoenix Program. It was not designed to take action on a large group of people all at once, it was much more strategic, selective, and clandestine in its activities. I wouldn't be at all surprised if there are secret directives being issued behind the scenes that this legislation is meant to help cover.

It is meant to provide supposed legal cover for swift action that I believe that they are planning to take against certain targets that they have been using technology to attempt to identify and list.
