Its extremely painful like little paper cut all over my hand especially at the joints and knuckles of the fingers. Happens every year at around this time. Now my partner has just been out to the local city and has come back with rash on her arm and strange cuts on the back of her knuckles.
I also experienced this last year, but it has not happened again to me yet.
I'm thinking possible contact dermatitis, but i think i'm right.
