Test are weekly and with employees coming and going there will always be a need to check on each companies employee roster. GTFOH - headline will read OSHA is now the world's largest employer. What will the fine jobs pay. I'm guessing about tree fiddy you know what you do as a company when the tree fiddy an hour OSHA employee comes around ??? You give him a 5 spot and a donut and send him on his way as your company is logged as fully compliant.
They don't have to enforce it. The vast majority of companies over 100 people will simply comply with zero resistance. They may bitch but no board of directors will vote to NOT follow AN OSHA directive.
OSHA was overwhelmed before this new tasking. Companies can ignore this with little financial risk. It's like DHS with their chemical safety program, CSAT. Companies could ignore it with little danger of getting fined - and many did blow them off without penalty.
