The mere chance that they might/someone might call in a complaint, and that they might investigate is enough to get compliance. The government doesn't have to do anything...private business is basically executing on the plan for them.
Will be interesting when I request my employer to protect me from ALL communicable illnesses even ones that have a mortality rate greater than .04% If the courts weren't corrupt that would actually work, if a company is willing to take responsibility for preventing covid why not others ? Why is covid special ??? Because it's so "deadly" GTFOH
Exactly what I have stated. I expect HIV/AIDS testing; Hepatitis testing; Leprosy testing; Tuberculosis testing; Colonoscopies because I don't know what my co-workers have been putting up their assets. Further cancer may be a virus...I want answers. :bump:
Agree with you 100 percent, it feels like a sound legal argument, it's a shame there isn't a place you can go to have someone listen to legal arguments and render a verdict
OSHA better start a massive hiring campaign, to LEGITIMATELY enforce this compliance it is not a one in dine thing.
Test are weekly and with employees coming and going there will always be a need to check on each companies employee roster.
GTFOH - headline will read OSHA is now the world's largest employer.
What will the fine jobs pay. I'm guessing about tree fiddy you know what you do as a company when the tree fiddy an hour OSHA employee comes around ???
You give him a 5 spot and a donut and send him on his way as your company is logged as fully compliant.
