Of course they expect that. Have you not been paying attention? The shots they are giving people are neutralizing natural immunity and setting people up for ADE.
They could stop "vaccinating" today and COVID19 could disappear, and deaths will spike anyway, when those who have already received shots have their immune systems challenged by anything, including the myriad variations of coronavirus (common cold), that circulate at any given time. It's inevitable at this point.
