House:MV80ODM1ODQ5Xzg4MjcwODA5X0UyNDNDNTM3] You guys making more of this than it is are ASSHOLES and do not help the investigative community. The building had huge amounts of saltwater periodically in the garage under the building. That destroys steel reinforced concrete after time. This was a disaster that was decades in the making. As for the quick demolition? They did no environmental prep or salvage, they only needed to wire columns on one or two floors. All the BS work was eliminated because it was an emergency order. I live down here and have seen the problems involved with these buildings on the coast. You will see quite a few more abandoned in the near future.
like they care what we ponder. I am proud to be an ASSHOLE along with The Old TImer.
The building collapsed because of poor design and then ignoring the ongoing deterioration of the building caused by said poor design. Making up BS about controlled demolition, false flags, etc. does nothing but make GLPer's look like idiots. What really need to be done RIGHT NOW is honest evaluation of similar properties. I live down here the problems at this condo were not unique in any way. People are at risk and you people making it into a conspiracy will only hurt the situation.
I don't think people speculating about some conspiracy will have any effect on what goes on with buildings in south Florida. Beyond that, I agree with you. The 2018 engineer's report is all anyone needs to see to know that building collapsed from the exact causes he pointed to - sea water entering the underground parking and the leaking and improperly drained pool area. Those two areas are also exactly where the building gave way.
I am AMAZED how fast they were able to wire that building and blow it up! Almost like it was already wired.....
