So I posted a car for sale on craigslist, and realized I probably should have listed it for about $750 more, should I raise the price in the ad?

I listed the car for a low price, and got two replies saying they are very interested. Would it be unethical to raise the craigslist ad, and ignore the first two inquiries?
What would you do? Explain in a reply.
