[quote:Anonymous Coward 77983873:MV80NzQ5OTA5Xzg2NTM5NDk4XzhBREZBNjg=] [quote:President Elect - SloGenPhys:MV80NzQ5OTA5Xzg2NTM4OTI4XzVCM0RENzk1] Yesterday, a GLPer was complaining about not enough muffin mix. Today another GLPer touts a never-before-seen use for muffins thats taking the world by storm; tea Are the two related? Are tea drinkers surreptitiously diminishing the world supply of muffin mix, causing knock-on downstream manipulation of muffin packaging to hide the nefarious switch-a-roo, and causing muffin-fatties world wide to lose their proverbial shizzle? Sounds like a potential conspiracy to me...
I really like the way you think, come sit by me. Blueberry muffins is one of our - well - gonna stay on the list of eats no matter what diet fad I am trying out, it will always be the cheat. HOWEVER - I bake the "muffins" in a loaf pan and make a loaf out of it. Its absolutely knock out that way. Also washing out muffin tins is labor intensive. As for the tea, its not a cheat - it has stevia in it. Also - Red Rose has a couple other flavors in this line. Lemon Cake Strawberry Cake Apple pie Carmel All in addition to the BlueBerry. New England Brand Coffee also has a Blueberry flavor. Now you got me off - as in way off the super foods but I will add some more - gotta get those notes out. Next up - Sunflower seeds and Chia
Ok I have made a discovery -
Red Rose Blueberry Muffin Tea -
I make a small pot, 2 tea bags. Its got stevia in it so its naturally sweet. I add a spoonful of coconut manna which is a super food, and a little bit of cream. Its just absolutely delicious and guilt free really. I drink it hot, I like the creamy add-ins - but you could drink it plain.
I thought I would share this because this stuff is really so nice and feels like a luxury when you are trying to maintain a low sugar way of life.
