Original Message "HELENA — The Montana House Judiciary Committee voted Tuesday to advance a bill that would ban discrimination based on vaccination status and prohibit the use of vaccination status to grant or deny services or access to businesses.

Under the bill, public schools and child care facilities would be prohibited from requiring vaccination proof for children. Employers — including health care facilities — would be banned from requiring vaccinations as a condition for employment."
