Exactly, it's very easy to get around.  Luckily, I can be mask free while in my office.  Just a few minutes here and there when I have to wear it at work, and I work mostly from home anyway.

Yeah, it's gross.

You need oxygen for metabolism and to prevent brain cells from dying.  Whey you reduce oxygen intake, brain cells die.  That's probably what they want though.

We all know the example of being without air for just a couple minutes and what that can do to the brain, also, what heavy drinking does to the brain (that steals oxygen too).  And now, people are voluntarily reducing their oxygen intake to comply with the mandates.

Original Message I’ll play the game if I have too. Forced to wear masks at work, so I bought a nylon one with those plastic air filters on the sides. Tear out the rubber valves and cut the N95 insert out. Nobody can tell the difference. I wear it all day and it’s just like breathing normal air with no mask.
