[quote:Anonymous Coward 68232061:MV80NjkwMjkzXzg1MzkyMzkzXzc0NTlGODVD] I honestly don’t know why you would have any friends at all and especially not any that would want to be around you given your shitty personality. Not everything is for you. Some things are about bonding and building relationships that matter. Your body will die one day, it will let you down, no matter how hard you push yourself today. The only thing that matters in this life are the people you helped and who helped you. The people who care about you. Those are the ones who will be at your side when your body starts to die. Holding your hand, maybe. Stop being a piece of shit and work our with them. I promise you, for them, it’s not about the workout. It was never about the workout. [/quote]

I always feel a bit annoyed when someone wants to work out with me. My workout is tailored to me. Plus I go for 3 to 4 hours. Most are not gonna keep up with me. So by working out with them, I'm actually am having to play down to their level. I never understood why people need partners to motivate them to workout. If you can't motivate yourself, you're in trouble.
How should I tell them that I workout for hours and if they can't keep up with me, it does me no good? Is that rude? It really annoys me how friends who have never worked out actually ask me if they can join in.
