At one point I was working three jobs. You do what you have to do to take care of your responsibilities. I worked full time through college, got two degrees, and wife had two kids during this time. It's easy to make excuses.
:bump: the true way to have a better life. Congrats on taking responsibility for your own life and not expecting to be handed anything. Too bad people like you are in the minority more and more. Everyone expects a handout nowadays. I don’t even know what she’s complaining about. I bet she’s got a nice flatscreen TV and a PlayStation. Has soda in her fridge instead of just drinking water or kool aid or lemonade mix you make with water. She buys microwave meals instead of making healthy food and having leftovers for a few days, which would be cheaper than the crappy microwave meals but she’d have to cook. Her life is in her hands but she enjoys her lazy life or else she’d make a change. The fact she buys microwave meals instead of making good meals for her kid shows she’s not worried about his health so why should we be? I’m so done with this socialist crap. How is her life bad? Looking at her house, her weight and the fact she only works a few hours a week seems like she’s got it pretty good to me.
Frozen meals are cheaper than fresh food unfortunately. You make an insane amount of assumptions about this person who is trying to work. She has a job. She isn't lazy. Her employers cut her hours without warning, so it is hard to do it full time. I don't suggest a socialist model, but temporary assistance is in the best interest of society.
