Go tell that to people like the Rothchilds.
And it depends on where it is at. A small ranch style house in California or choice areas of new England will run the same as a large Mc mansion in Texas You can buy a four bedroom two story 4000 sq ft house for 250,000 here now, in one of them gated HOA subdivisions. No one wants to live where you cant do what you want with your own property.
Yeah, I agree with you.
I'd trade my 4 bedroom brick house here in Texas for a regular working class house in new England in a snap. It truly sucks living here, it's like living in hell kind of. Not all of the people are assholes but there are so many white supremacists and klan types involved in law enforcement and government, it isn't easy for an Indian who has more money than most of them. Original Message
While I don't necessarily agree with their tactics, which were inappropriate and tactically unsound, I think the message is clear that these homeowners aren't going to be easily intimidated. Interesting fact: The neighborhood the protestors are in is private property, including the streets. It's a very wealthy subdivision just north of Forest Park, on the west side of Kingshighway.
***ETA***Yes, they had every right to defend their property and persons, however, they should have been much smarter in how they did it.
