Because of this $250 Million dollar allocation of Military Might, Russia is responding by taking advantage of their old Communist proxies in our Hemisphere, like Cuba, Venezuela, and others.

Essentially, Putin is threatening to bring Nuclear Weapons directly to Cuba, which is something that happened in the past during "The Bay Of Pigs". A disaster for John F Kennedy, with his assassination following soon after.

The situation has gotten very serious, and it's obvious that those who are running the show, far surpass the President, at least they did when Obama was supposedly the 'President'. Trump allegedly gave a stand down order when Iran shot down the drone the other day, but who knows if that's even true, or if the same people are just playing another intellectual game.
