Officers with the El Paso Police Department said they arrested a man outside the El Paso County Coliseum when President Donald Trump departed the arena.
Police said after the president’s departure, officers securing the area were confronted by a group of belligerent protesters.
Police said 25-year-old Sebastian Gonzalez broke through the area and ran from officers, but was caught after a short foot pursuit.
