[quote:Edmontonian:MV8zOTExNjQwXzcwNTQ4MzI2XzQ5QjAxRUZC] I'd like to know just ONE thing about this whole case. (((((((((( What was Kavanaugh accused of? ))))))))) What was he supposedly have done? Did he finger her? Did he touch her boob? Did he brush her hair with his fingers? Supposedly he sexually assaulted her by FORD's standards.....but what are Fords standards? Is that everyone Else's standards. Hell for all we know he called her an ugly bitch and left, and then she felt sexually assaulted from it. No one talks about that at all. Maybe her standards of being sexually assaulted are so far out in left field that NO ONE ON THIS PLANET would agree with her. This is also pending on IF Kavanaugh even knew her because so far there is ZERO evidence of this. THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN A WITCH HUNT!!!!!!!!!! Did he touch her foot? Did he look at her funny? Did he massage her shoulders because she was crying? THERE IS NO CONTEXT HERE AT ALL! WHAT EXACTLY IS THIS SUPPOSED CRIME? other than being selected by Trump. [/quote]

"In the legal context, here is my bottom line," Mitchell said. "A 'he said, she said' case is incredibly difficult to prove. But this case is even weaker than that."
"Dr. Ford identified other witnesses to the event, and those witnesses either refuted her allegations or failed to corroborate them," Mitchell said. "For the reasons discussed below, I do not think that a reasonable prosecutor would bring this case based on the evidence before the Committee. Nor do I believe that this evidence is sufficient to satisfy the preponderance-of-the-evidence standard."

After reading the memo and the prosecutors statement there is no way anyone reasonable person would believe anything this woman said.
Link has the pdf of the memo as well.
