Original Message Approximately 1405 hrs on my way to work. Just pulling out of my local Dunkin'Donuts heading west on Rt 422 I noticed a helicopter on the west horizon apparently following the road about 1500 feet or so up heading towards my direction. Nothing special I thought as there is a Life Lion Rescue chopper based in nearby Hershey. The nose of the chopper was way low so they were moving fast. I was in between Lebanon and Cleona, a populated area with 24/7 traffic. The craft pulled up shortly before my position and began circling my location. Now I was still travelling west but it kept encircling me as I moved, dropping in altitude. It got to the point where traffic stopped in both directions and I was the only vehicle under the craft as it hovered right above me. Maybe 500 feet above my car.I looked for markings, army? no, air force? no. No markings of any sort or any kind of numbers. People started coming out of the stores and houses looking to see what this was all about. It hovered for maybe a minute before it started to circle me once again. The side door opened up and a man in black fatigues leaned out and just pointed at me for like 10 to 20 seconds. As it circled and gained altitude the traffic started up once again as I was trying to figure out what all this meant, if anything. The chopper then headed west down the same rt 422 it came from then turned north in the direction of Fort Indiantown Gap National Guard Base.
I just wanted to pass this along.
The damnedest thing.
