But you could say that about any government in the world. I'm sure there is much corruption going on in your government as well. Half of Canada was shocked when Trudeau won, just as half were shocked here when Trump won.

We are all governed by a shadow gov't. Who would you propose to risk his/hers/their lives to expose and rout a corrupt government? The only ones I know who can do that is the military and I believe that a military coup might be against the Constitution. I, for one, would have been in favor of it a long time ago and have begged the military in my posts to help us, but our "corrupt" gov't. led by Barry Soetoro, has fired all of the decent generals and replaced them with "yes men".

I have complained a lot about the fact that Christians did nothing when prayer was taken from schools, when abortion was legalized, when gay marriage was legalized and when PB abortion ALMOST was legalized during Clinton's administration.

However, we have been free in this country. We are lazy and worldly, even Christians are at times. The countries you named are places where some have been persecuted for their faith or not allowed to practice their faith at all. It is a fact that when religious freedom is removed, the fire in people's hearts grows stronger. That is why they stand up for their faith in Jesus. In the U.S. we haven't had to and it may come as a shock to Christians one day when their religious liberty is removed.

Original Message 1.Trumps speech last night was strange, he spent much of it on family,
it was late, he was weary, etc. He thanked Pence almost as a afternote.

2. In Clintons speech the choice of garb was interesting.
There was no sense of "defeat" her crazy eyes were crazier than ever.

3. It is common for Obama to get emotional and he is very petty.
During his speech, he was calm and accepting, unlike prior to the election where it was almost unfathomable for him to entertain the idea of a loss.

It almost resembles like he was told that Trump is a part of the plan.

4. It is as during 911 was when to say something critical of the USA or encourage independent thought is discouraged by the very people being manipulated. Who now fully trust a leader that seems to be better than a murderous satanic witch that he was/ is associated with.
