Original Message bulliondirect was supposed to allocate and hold metal for its customers. It did not.

Most of the money went into the pockets of the operators (I assume). They filed for chapter 11.

If the business itself was a fraud, would the operators be liable personally? Meaning, shouldn't the gov't go after their personal assets?
