I wonder if this hike is just in Cali or nationwide? :hiding:
Similar for me in TN. I think I paid about $2.70 last night to fill up the motorcycle. I'll take the truck out to fill up later today and report back this afternoon.
Reporting back. $2.77 for premium here in Middle TN.
Orange County wakes up to shock of $4.35 and climbing: Gas prices soar at independent stations
Orange County motorists blinked Friday and saw gas prices top $4 a gallon at some of their neighborhood gas stations.
At OC Gas on Grand Avenue in Santa Ana, prices shot up to $4.35 from $3.27 on Wednesday.
Frank Zamarripa of Santa Ana was shocked when he saw the prices. The 78-year-old’s daily drive involves shuttling his great-grandchildren around town.
“The price went up real bad. Whose fault is it? Let’s blame somebody,” he joked. “What can we do?”
