Terrifying moment little boy hangs by his head as he dangles from third-floor apartment
The child had a lucky escape after a 'superhero' neighbour scaled the building and came to the boy's rescue.
Terrifying mobile phone footage has captured the moment a little boy dangled by his head after falling through the railings of a third-floor apartment.
Somehow, the child had managed to squeeze his body through the tiny gap, until his head had become wedged between two narrow, metal bars.
When concerned onlookers attempted to get into the apartment, no one was home.

Thankfully, the boy was rescued by a brave neighbour, who scaled the side of the building in expert fashion after realising there was no other way to get to the terrified child.
Huang Wei didn't think twice about the dangerous climb, according to the Shanghaiist, and immediately removed his glasses and shoes before starting his ascent.
In the clip, Mr Wei manages to get a foothold on the railings of balconies on the lower floors, before clambering across to where the child was stuck.
