Experience, and work ethic do make a difference. We had a lady working here that had no experience, but learned really fast. After a year or two she was making the same wage as me, but she couldn't take the stress of covering for the incompetent kids she had to work with. She went back to school to complete her MBA. I cannot describe how good that felt. Until just now when I did it, it was an insanely great feeling. The look on her face I can't describe, maybe like the deer in the headlights look. Then she walked off down the hallway.
