The baby's parents, Roy Stephens and Ruby Stephens, told investigators they found her unresponsive when they checked on her as they pulled in to a Golden Corral restaurant to eat, according to police. Investigators said the baby was cold to the touch.

They have each been charged with first-degree murder, investigators said. Police said they are working to determine a motive in the murder.
