It is $3000 for each member or $6000 for the family. I have personal coverage from my work. It's $1020, a month, to add my wife and kid on through work. ACA plan (same eveything) was $367 a month. However this had an "E" network and i could not find one doctor to accept this insurance. The same plan in the "S" network was $417 a month. The same plan under the "P" network was $468 a month. All of our doctors take the S and P plans. So explain to me how our company has to pay over double the amount for my family. This does not make any since. I went with the "s" network. No reason to pay any more than i have to for the same coverage. No mine is a real plan too 35/50 co pay for doctor visits* 3/35/50 for drug* 20% co-insurance/co-pay (does not apply to doct visits or drugs) 2000/4000 deductable 29 year old female <1 male * - the things the crap plans do not have. Now the insurance company wants to hurry and lock in there new rate Dec 31st. I think they are ripping use off. But what can you do when the insurance underwrite is our CEO's neibor. Some how he has to pay for that big house on the mountain.
Are the above ACA quotes with a subsidy?
Yeah, how much money do I get to steal from strangers via the point of a gun (proxied through gov't agencies) in order to pay for my pregnancy coverage when I'm a male?
You don't, however if you get cancer in your balls i bet your be glad some female that cant get cancer in the balls is helping you out. or how about when your older and can't afford it. Should i complain about have to pay for older people. I see it as an investment. Pay a little more while i can and save alot later in live. You might call me a socialist for this but im far from it. I just can see a worth while investment that we can all benefit from. Would you pay a $500 a year more now to save $3000 a year later?
:iamwith: Well then, I've had some pretty vile rhinitis the past couple of days, and even though I've treated it myself without doctors, I'm going to need for you to send me $100. I don't care if you're tapped out buying xmas gifts. Your premises are completely flawed. You are using the word investment improperly. What you are describing is not an investment, it's theft. While investments may lose value over time and have a negative return, the goal is to have a non-monetary store of value that will hopefully appreciate in its worth. This is not that. It's a Ponzi scheme, exactly and precisely by definition, because it requires new participants to pay the dividends to existing participants. This is a mathematical fallacy and the only possible outcome is collapse of the scheme. You should look into the "Demographic Problem" and how the baby boomers are dying left and right, and that there is not sufficient numbers of younger people to make up for many elements of the economy, not just healthcare. You are being scammed but you can't see it because of your fear of death. You are in fact a socialist, if not a fascist, because you advocate the use of force to involuntarily take wealth from people you don't know for your own selfish means. If you get cancer in your balls, that's just life. Don't steal my shit for it. You probably made some bad choices to get that ball cancer. I will not have my wealth stolen because you have ingested factory-produced toxins your whole life when you had the free choice to avoid it. The subsidies are only good for a couple of years, and then they will most likely be discontinued when the hard reality of math catches up to the Ponzi scheme. Also, not a single person has tried to make a claim because the plans are not in effect yet. Good luck with that!
People have been duped. And the real duped have already signed contracts thinking they have a cap.
The whole thing, this Obamacare, is guilty of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and subject to small claims court.
