[quote:pi 20063747:MV8yMDg2OTY3XzM1MTU1MzY0XzgyMjA2QURB] [quote:Nicolemare:MV8yMDg2OTY3XzM1MTU0ODkzXzJGMzU2QjMy] I am a bit confused as to what you are saying I need to get to enhance the amphetamine potency... Is that Magnesium supplements Only you are mentioning the same as the amino acid stuff??? and then the herbs you mentioned I am going to look into...Thanks so much again!!! I have noticed that after 120 mgs a day it basically just maxes out and no matter how much more I would take i dont feel ANY more effects! I have wanted to try something new but ritilin sucks and afraid to risk trying something else and being stuck with some crap the rest of the month. Like I said though I have been wanting to try the desoxyn but not sure how my doc will feel about that. He is actually an addiction specialist and I started seeing him because of kicking a pain killer addiction as well and he got me on Suboxone...
No problem, magnesium supplements do increase Adderall potency, but mainly it'll help with tolerance, but not by alot. The amino acids actually help the body to "replenish" itself of neurotransmitters: having low levels of those is part of the reason for the tolerance you have. And yes unfortunately most doctors are iffy to prescribe Desoxyn, though it isn't that rare, and if the doctor knows you well, you'll have a better chance. But it might be best to wait until you get off Subs if that's what you're trying to do.
Original Message
I think my 50+ female friend is addicted to adderall. I know she was diagnosed as ADD about 7 or 8 years ago, and she ran a successful business.
Now she is having severe health and mental issues and has lost her business.
Anyone else familiar with this addiction?
